The Strategy: Path & Conception

Stradi&Con is a high-end construction firm focused on bespoke residential projects. The challenge was to create a brand that reflected their hands-on approach, where the founders oversee every detail, from the first sketch to the final key handover.​​​​​​​
During the Naming phase, we discovered a powerful linguistic coincidence in the founders' surnames: Stradiotti ('Roads/Paths') and Concetta ('Conception'). We unified these concepts to define the brand’s ethos: Stradi&Con represents the path to materializing a vision. It is where the abstract dream navigates a structured path to become a concrete reality.
The Symbol: The Projected Vision

We developed a symbol that captures the exact moment an idea becomes form.
Visually, it deconstructs the archetype of a house. The central beam represents the creative core, the internal vision, projecting outward through the structure. It is not just a roof; it is a diagram of execution, symbolizing the transition from the internal concept (the dream) to the external result (the home).
The Experience: Immersive Onboarding

In the luxury real estate market, trust is the currency. We identified that the gap between signing a contract and receiving the keys is where client anxiety peaks.
To mitigate this and build loyalty, we designed a comprehensive Welcome Experience. More than just corporate gifts, we created a tangible 'First Brick' kit. This immersive onboarding ensures that the client feels the weight and quality of the brand immediately, transforming a financial transaction into the beginning of a lifelong relationship.
